I’ve been in the film industry for nearly a decade, and have had a relationship with photography for nearly twice as long. My relationship with photos goes deeper than what “looks good”. I love to tell a story and find creative ways of doing that. Though don’t get me wrong, I also love making it look good.

my style is rooted deeply in my love for nature, which brings out an “au naturel” Aesthetic. my approach is very bricolage, using nature as an amplifier of beauty. my final touches on a photo is to make it look warm with a dash of faded nostalgia.

i avoided pursuing wedding photography for so long because everyone told me it was too difficult and not worth it. all i heard about was horror stories of the way photographers were being treated. the first time I actually shot a wedding was for a favor of a friend, and i never felt more at home. i was entirely in my element and i had the most rewarding time of my life from start to finish making a bride & groom’s dream come true.
